The name TOG comes from the Irish/Gaelic verb tóg which in English means build or construct. If you're interested in helping to build a Hackerspace in Dublin please contact User:Robfitz.

In May 2009 we moved into our first space near Smithfield in Dublin.

In June 2010 we starting working on our second space which is near Dublin Castle in Dublin. It is a large industrial unit with lots of various sized rooms, a kitchen, a shared yard.

User:Robfitz and User:Dorothygale gave a great talk at Ossbarcamp and can be viewed here

User:Robfitz and User:tdr were interviewed for a story in the Irish Times about TOG and hackerspaces. Can be viewed here
